Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with POPVOVO. This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our official website, covering order processing, shipping time, delivery rules, freight standards and exception instructions. We are committed to delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide in a timely and safe manner.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and inspected within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Spot products (disposable bamboo sticks, conventional accessories): Process and ship within 1–2 working days;
- Handmade & customized products (handmade bags, ita-bags): Due to manual production, the processing period is 2–4 working days, which is slightly longer than ordinary products;
- Orders on weekends and official holidays will be processed sequentially on the first working day after the holiday.
2. Shipping Coverage
We support worldwide shipping, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Australia and other global regions. For remote areas with restricted logistics, we will contact customers to adjust the delivery method or arrange a full refund.
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated by the system according to the product weight, quantity and customer’s delivery address, and will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before payment;
- We regularly launch free shipping activities for specific regions or order amount thresholds, subject to the latest website activity rules;
- Additional remote surcharges may apply for remote overseas areas, which shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Delivery Time
After the order is shipped, the delivery time varies by region(excluding unofficial holidays, weather delays and customs clearance time):
- United States / Europe: 10–20 business days;
- Latin America / Southeast Asia: 15–25 business days;
- Other remote regions: 20–30 business days.
After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number and logistics query link to your registered email. You can check the real-time transportation status at any time. Individual logistics information may be updated with a delay of 1–3 days, which is a normal logistics phenomenon.
6. Out-of-Stock & Delay Handling
In case of temporary stock shortage, production delay or logistics force majeure factors leading to delayed shipment, we will actively contact customers via email within 48 hours, and provide three solutions:
- Waiting for delayed shipment (with exclusive store discount compensation);
- Free replacement of equivalent products;
- Full refund of the order.
- Customers are required to check the package appearance, product integrity and quantity in time after receiving the goods;
- If the package is damaged, deformed, or the goods are missing/wrong, please take photos and videos as evidence and contact customer service within 48 hours after signing for receipt;
- Failure to feedback within the time limit will be deemed as normal receipt, and no subsequent dispute compensation will be accepted.
8. Disclaimer
- Shipping delays caused by force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, customs inspection, airline suspension, holiday warehouse shutdown) are not within the scope of store liability;
- Any tariffs, customs duties and import taxes generated by cross-border delivery shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with local national regulations;
- The store reserves the right to modify the shipping policy without prior notice, and the updated rules shall be subject to the official page display.
